Q. How soon do we need to book an appointment?
A. We would recommend booking an appointment as soon as possible as appointments get booked pretty quick, however, we offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments seven days a week.

Q. When would we expect delivery of our formal wear?
A. Seven days prior to the occasion. We feel this gives ample time for any last minute changes that may be necessary. If you do not notify us of any changes that need to be made we can't guarantee a replacement garment. We also collect within three days after the occasion at no extra charge.

Q. What if I cannot match cravats & hankies in my chosen colour with the hire range?
A. We have a large range of colours available in the hire range however , we can also offer a bespoke service whereby the cravats and hankies are made for you in your chosen colour scheme. We charge £10 for making bespoke items which will be yours to keep.
